We live on-site and are available to make your stay enjoyable and meet your needs as they arise. For the comfort of all of our guests we ask that you follow the below guidelines during your stay:
Check- in time is 3:00pm. Check- out time is 12:00 noon. Smoking is not permitted at anytime in the house. Small pets are welcome during the off season only. Children over 12 are welcome guests. Holidays and in-season weekends are subject to minimum stays. Reservations are recommended year-round. A 50% deposit is required at the time of the reservations, with balance due upon arrival. This will be refunded upon cancellation with 7 day notice. No shows will be charged at full room rates. Cancellations received with at least 7 days notice will be accepted at no charge, less a $25 processing fee. We accept Visa, MasterCharge, American Express, personal checks, and cash.
